At Infamous Paintball, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with all original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as paintballs and custom-printed jerseys, are final sale due to their perishable or personalized nature.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of the delivery date before initiating the process.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your gear, include your RMA number inside the box, and ship the package using a trackable carrier of your choice.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
